THE FOUNDATION class

The Foundation is a 3 and a half day class where we explore everything we thought we knew about life. Have you ever wondered why your life isn't working for you and come to the conclusion that it must be you and you must be “doing it wrong”? Well, what if it's not you that "doesn't work", but the structures from which you are creating your life, that need to be updated? The Foundation facilitates precisely that. It is designed to help you access more of you, more of what works for you.

It is energy education at its finest. It gives you a new foundation, a new space from which to create your life in a way that truly works FOR YOU. You will receive a manual and together we will explore topics such as:
